1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stocksi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Stocksi reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any updates.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of Stocksi, including saving favourite stocks and receiving notifications, you are required to register for an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2.2 Account Types

Stocksi offers three tiers of user accounts:

• Basic Users: Can view up to 50 popular assets.
• Plus Users: Can save favourite assets.
• Pro Users: Can save favourite assets and set notifications for RSI alerts (overbought or oversold).

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 Permitted Use

Stocksi allows users to track the Relative Strength Index (RSI) of stocks and ETFs, save favourites, and receive notifications. You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized use, such as scraping data, hacking, or any other misuse, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of Stocksi without express written permission.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures implemented on the platform.
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access the platform without prior consent.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Tiers

Stocksi offers a free Basic tier and two paid tiers (Plus and Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. By signing up for a paid account, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

4.2 Payment Processor

We use a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.

4.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Notifications and Alerts

By setting up notifications for overbought or oversold conditions, you agree that Stocksi will send push notifications to you based on your preferences. Stocksi does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of these alerts, and you agree that Stocksi is not liable for any losses incurred based on these notifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Stocksi, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Stocksi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stocksi is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or content on the platform. Stocksi will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

Stocksi provides financial information, including RSI data, for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, and Stocksi is not responsible for any investment decisions made based on the information provided. Always consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

9. Termination

Stocksi reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Use or if we suspect misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law
